Boron plays a very crucial role in the cell division of plants and the regulation of K/Ca. ratio. Besides it aids in the growth of pollen tube resulting in proper seed set and fruit set.
SYMPTOMS OF BORON DEFICIENCY:
Light fextured soil, subjected to leaching often causes Boron deficiency. It’s commonly observed in Sugar, Turnip, Cabbage and other Vegetable crops The symptoms of Boron deficiency are curling of mature leaves.
Cessation of growing point. Young leaves get deformed are arrange in rosette forms. Dwarfed development of seeds. Cauliflower curds become boron Celery stems crack. Heart rot of sugar beat. Water core of turnip. ‘Hen and Chicken’ of gross. Hard fruits of citrus dark measles, on stems and die-back of shoots.
HOW TO USE GLOBEI BORON:
For soil Application 3kg/Acre
For Foliar Spray dissolve 500 gms. of Globei Boron in 200 Ltrs. of water and spray evenly on both side of leaves after a month of germination or transplantation. Repeat the spray two times after a gap of 20 days. To ensure excellent absorption, use Globei Sticker (Non-ionic spreading agent).
